Return and Refund Policy

Northwood Outdoor Living accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items only.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all parts, manuals, accessories, hardware, and packaging materials included.

Items that are used, assembled, damaged after delivery, missing parts, missing packaging, altered, modified, or not in original condition may be denied for return or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.

Original shipping costs, handling costs, and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage.

Claims without photos, late damage reports, or items that have been used, assembled, discarded, or altered may not be eligible for a replacement, return, or refund.

Refunds

Returned items must be received and inspected before a refund is approved.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the returned item is used, damaged, incomplete, assembled, missing packaging, or not in original condition, we may deny the refund or deduct allowed restocking, repair, replacement-part, or handling costs from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, used items, assembled items, items not in original packaging, items damaged after delivery, items missing parts, and items returned without approval may not be eligible for return.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed, fulfilled, or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process if eligible.
