Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the policy below before requesting a return.
Returns
•       Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
•       Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
•       Custom or special‑order items are only returnable if damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items
•       If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
•       We will arrange a replacement, parts, or a return and refund, as appropriate.
Return shipping
•       For change‑of‑mind returns, the customer pays return shipping (or we deduct the label cost from your refund if we provide one).
•       For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover reasonable return shipping.
How to request a return

•       Include your name, order number, item, and reason for return.
•       Returns without prior authorization may be refused.
Refunds
•       After we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
•       Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
